7 key Principles

Efficient communication is becoming gradually more and more important: failure can mean loosing days, weeks if not months of effort in the very last stage of a project.

A well structured and organized thought process is a mandatory pre condition for efficient communication.

 

3 ::

The basic input for content is always knowledge; data and information have a secondary role to solely and selectively sustain knowledge and never be placed in the front end of a communication process.

Attention is nowadays scarcest resource. We have few minutes to awake the audience and the key strategy is to demonstrate the positive impact we can bring to their business performance. Descriptions of products and companies do not awake anybody.

:: The shorter a message is, the longer it takes to get there. While the culture of corporative communication still practices “less is less” and consequently “more is more”, we obsessively practice the famous statement”less is more”.
